Andrea Novoa is a talented Pastry Chef, born on December 28, 1993 in San Cristobal, Venezuela. From a young age, she displayed a passion for the culinary arts and a love for sweets, which eventually led her to pursue a career in the field. At the tender age of 13, she and her best friend began experimenting with the creation of marquesas, which quickly became one of her signature dishes. This sparked a desire in Andrea to learn more about the magical world of desserts and her unwavering commitment to perfecting her craft has been evident ever since.

In addition to her love for desserts, Andrea has always been interested in e-commerce and has demonstrated a remarkable entrepreneurial spirit. At 16, she launched her first online store selling smartphone cases, which was a resounding success. This experience further fueled her desire to pursue her passions and she has since dedicated herself to building a career in the culinary arts.

With her brother Enrique Enn, Andrea made the move to the United States at the age of 20 with the goal of pursuing her passions. They faced many challenges and worked tirelessly to achieve their goals, from making food at home and selling it, to working as shipping associates for a major company. Despite the obstacles, Andrea never lost sight of her dreams and has remained focused and dedicated.

Today, Andrea is excited to announce her latest project, "TARTEAS," which brings together her two passions of e-commerce and desserts. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Andrea is poised to offer a unique and elevated dessert experience, where customers can indulge in the finest sweets, handcrafted with care and expertise. This new venture is a testament to her commitment to excellence and her unwavering passion for her craft.
